Super Simple Yummy Fiber

Starting the week with this super simple berry breakfast protein bowl 🍓 (my SUP reward)

Coconut yogurt mixed with vegan vanilla protein powder, topped with berries, nuts, chia seeds and ground flaxseed.

Did you know that fiber is essential for #guthealth and a super simple way to add more fibre to your diet is by incorporating chia and flaxseed? Make sure you start small, as too much too soon can cause some not so happy guts/bloating 🤭. I added one teaspoon of each.
